When is the armor upgrade NPC coming; the one that upgrades old prophecies armor to its new standards. I think that it is past arena.net's "soon" period.

Any ideas?

I wish people would stop making a new thread every few hours about this in Q&A. Go ahead and make a thread in Riverside complaining about it, but it's getting really excessive here. Closed.
